摘要：The invention relates to a method for recognising an engaged gear ratio R ofthe manual gearbox of a motor vehicle provided with a heat engine and a binary gearengagement sensor. The recognition of a gear ratio uses the binary information indicatingthe state of engagement, and the estimation of a gear ratio. The method allows saidinformation to be synchronised in order to reliably recognise an engaged gear ratio. Theinvention also relates to a device for implementing said method as well as to a motorvehicle provided with such a device.
